AGB's

All orders are accepted exclusively under the following conditions. By placing an order, the buyer also accepts these conditions for future transactions.

Software shipping:

There is no shipping. After payment has been made, you will receive an email with your registration number, which can be used to activate all functions.

Liability:

We hereby exclude any liability for damages of any kind that arise from the use of our software.

We expressly point out that, as the responsible skipper, you must not rely solely on electronic aids. Claims for damages under the Law on Liability for Defective Products (Product Liability Act) remain unaffected.

Map material:

No guarantee is given for the accuracy of the data reproduced. König Maschinenhandel GmbH is not liable for damages unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of König Maschinenhandel GmbH. Navigation with the maps is only permitted in the area of recreational shipping with simultaneous navigation on appropriate paper maps.

Recall:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us König Maschinenhandel GmbH, wkmhv@gps-32.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you and in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

By revoking your consent, you undertake to irretrievably delete the software and, if available, the license key for the software and not to use it any further.

Place of jurisdiction:

The place of jurisdiction for commercial transactions is Velbert. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the uniform sales laws.

Effectiveness:

Any invalidity of one or more provisions will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
